ABOUT THE FLYNN
B次元官网网址 Center for the Performing Arts is Northern New England鈥檚 premier performing arts center. B次元官网网址 offers a wide range of cultural and educational experiences and nurtures the creative development of performing artists. Our facilities include a 1,439-seat proscenium auditorium (B次元官网网址 Main Stage), a 180-seat black box cabaret space (B次元官网网址 Space), two education studios, a gallery with rotating exhibits of regional artists, and adjoining lobbies.
B次元官网网址 hosts over 200 performances yearly. Regularly scheduled performances include the B次元官网网址 season, which features world-class music, Broadway, theater, dance, and family performances on our Main Stage, with additional touring shows added throughout the year and weekday matinees presented through our Student Matinee Series. In addition, we produce and present a variety of projects and performances outside our campus, including the annual Burlington Discover Jazz Festival. B次元官网网址 also provides a performance venue for the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, the Vermont Youth Orchestra, Lyric Theatre, Vermont Stage, and other local arts organizations.
Work as part of the Safety Team to ensure the safety of B次元官网网址 staff, guests, patrons, and property.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and be a communications liaison for the Board of Trustees. Create and oversee professional correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and documents, and schedule appointments and opportunities. Manage calendars, processes, and meetings within the organization. Serve as project manager for a few key initiatives. Keep our ED prepared, on time, and up to date.
The Annual Giving Manager is a core member of the Development team, responsible for implementing and coordinating annual giving activities that support the B次元官网网址’s fundraising goals. Working closely with the Development Director and colleagues across departments, this role carries out membership operations, supports grant activities, manages donor communications, and serves as a Development project coordinator for fundraising-related efforts, ensuring timelines, materials, and data are accurate and aligned.
The Producer ensures that projects and initiatives live up to their artistic goals, align with organizational strategy, and are thoughtfully realized—creating the context that allows artists, audiences, and communities to fully engage with the work. As a senior project leader, the Producer stewards the planning and execution of B次元官网网址-produced work on campus and across Vermont.
The full-time Development Specialist works closely with the Director of Development, Director of Major Gifts and Corporate Sponsorships, Annual Giving Manager, and a part-time Development Specialist to implement fundraising strategies across individual, corporate, foundation, and government sources. In collaboration with the Development team, this role provides essential operational support to help achieve the B次元官网网址’s fundraising goals. Responsibilities include processing and acknowledging all gifts in Tessitura; supporting grants, mailings, and special events; maintaining accurate donor records; and generating regular reports to track progress toward annual goals and key performance metrics.
The Assistant Producer supports the realization of B次元官网网址-produced and commissioned work across the B次元官网网址 campus and in communities throughout Vermont. Working in close partnership with the Producer, this role provides hands-on coordination, project management, and administrative support to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and successfully executed.
The Director of Creative Learning is a senior leader who sits at the intersection of artistic practice, education, and community partnership. This role starts from the communities the B次元官网网址 serves and thinks creatively about how learning happens — designing programs, partnerships, and pathways that invite participation, deepen understanding, and expand access to the arts.
